The owners are beyond nice and this place is awesome. I did an overnight investigation with a group of around 7 others. They did admit to messing around and making noises and whatnot but they left around 12:40am. One of the owners said that after 1am things intensify and he wasn't wrong. After everyone left things started getting crazy and we even ran out of the building and the front door slammed on us. Insane stuff and I would definitely recommend an overnight stay.

As a paranormal Hobbiest, this location was a destination on my bucket list to investigate. The hosts are polite and interesting, and great tour guides. My team of gals reserved a private overnight hunt on a weekday for $750. The hours are from 8 pm - 8 am more than enough time to get in, get your evidence and footage, and get home for some much needed sleep. Is it haunted? YES! The experience depends on what kind of person you are and, most importantly, if you're a believer or not. It's a former abandoned hospital run by nuns decades ago. Has all the ingredients of spooky and creepy and a fun night for anyone curious to know if we can prove ghosts are real or not. Suggestion: Don't go when it's cold or raining. Check the weather! There's no heat, and it floods throughout the building, making it impossible to access most areas. However, the owners agreed to let us come back for free when the building was dry. Even though we were able to investigate for about 5 hours our first time. Very cool of them.

I usually find hiring a plumber nerve-wracking, but I love Steven's Plumbing. Allan is such a nice, knowledgeable, efficient, gentle, fair and easy guy to work with. He always knows the problem, and performs the work perfectly. I've used him many times, and trust his work. Not an ounce of runaround. I dont feel that way about everyone. I always let him know if it's not an emergency, but he's usually out quickly anyhow, despite being so busy. He will prioritize emergencies first though, so you are in good hands.

Very fast and friendly service. Came all the way to hallettsville to inspect, same day called, didn’t have the tool needed to fix the issue, went back to the shop got the tool and came back and fixed the issue with our main line. All of this after normal working hours. Really can’t recommend these professionals enough! Awesome fast work from people that know how to get things done. If you have any plumbing issues at all don’t waste your time with anyone else.

Kudos to this Friedel! 3 days before Christmas our well pump went out. Huey talked to us over the phone and was very specific on if he could get his service truck out here since the office was closing at five . Well he made it happened had his guys out here within the hour. Very nice guys and they worked hard and fast to fix the issue. Now we have water and can have family home for Christmas! Thank you!

Top-notch service from the very first phone call. Used them for a new well install and was very impressed with their business. Friedel beat out 5 other drillers that I received quotes from on both price and turnaround time. After paying my deposit they were drilling in 3 weeks- only took them 4-5 hours to hit water and cap the well.

Stopped in to get information and find out how to go about getting a well on our property, they took great care of us, got the information , put down our deposit, now just waiting till they can fit us in so they can start drilling. Great customer service .

Staff are helpful with big loads. Recycling made easy. They are making improvements and they have paved the lot. Yard waste pile, wood pile, metal pile and dumpsters all ready for you to fill.

Call and talk to the people at the facility in the morning. When I got there they were not there. Not understand why people would lie about something like that
