Having your water well issues resolved can be done easily and fast…if you find the right company. Dapper Pump did that for me. Talking with Jonathan was like talking with a buddy who’s ready to help you out. His guy Vince came out the same day to put in a sand separator and replace a worn out valve for me. They answered the phone each time I called with a question, no going to voicemail and waiting hours or days. Appreciate you guys for getting this problem fixed for me!

As a home inspector, I need well inspections for my clients. We were fortunate to find Dapper, they take care of our well inspections and make sure the client gets accurate information to move forward with confidence. Highly recommend!

This was an easy 5 star until Billy Price sold to the new owners. Since the sale, it's like the new owners really don't care about inventory or making things easy and efficient for the customers. Pros: The staff. Staff is always very helpful. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is INCREDIBLE!! Cons: Lack of inventory- empty shelves and not much selection. I feel for the staff and you ask them if they have certain items- they are taking the brunt of displeasure due to lack of keeping up with stock by owners. Mobile App: nonexistent. Have to choose Littlefield or Lubbock to order and see inventory. Website: same as app- can't order and cannot see inventory. Prices: for what inventory is available, prices are not very competitive. When items are on sale: there is no way to know unless you go into the store due to nonexistent website for this store and no mobile app presence. Would be a wonderful place to get needed items if they just performed close to what it was before the sell. Unfortunately, they are a long ways off at this time.

We moved to town a week ago. I’ve been in this store several times since then. I either found what I needed or was told what store in town has it. That helps me know I can trust these folks. You can also tell from talking to them that they’re trustworthy. I’m also greeted each time I walk in with a warm welcome and offered help.

This is my local go to for all my tiny farm needs. The location in Levelland has an amazing staff and is always filled with small town vibes. With a variety of products who needs a Supply store.

I called and I got connected to Bob, a manager, and he knew exactly what I was looking for! He knew the price (Which was a steal) and location, he even left it on the counter for me to come and purchase later today. Thanks Bob!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us finding what we needed for a plumbing issue that arose on a Saturday. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and had multiple people during that time ask if we needed help finding anything. They seemed to have a little of everything which is nice. The pricing was probably a bit higher but the convenience of location (versus driving 35 minutes to a big box store) and staff makes it more than worthwhile to stop in.

Good service with good quality product. Easy to deal with when need to return. Lines are not very long like your major stores. Staffing is always at needed amount to deal with high traffic hrs.

Somebody PLEASE give that girl Nicole a raise! Not only does she match my paint perfectly every time she's so professional answers all my questions knows exactly what she is talking about and helps me with anything I need it doesn't matter what she's doing she drops it and helps me that's one hell of customer service plus she always has a big smile and is so welcoming. This store is amazing and I will definitely recommend anyone I know to go! Great job!

Higginbotham has a price tag of 98 cents a foot for 8 by 2 wire. My husband asked for 25 feet. Manager said they don't cut the wire, he would have to by the whole roll. Which we had too, since our well needed to be rewired, in order to have water. Spent 199.66. This will be the last money they will ever get from us.
