scheduled an appointment from 3-5 pm and was told to make sure that I answer my phone when the technician calls. They never showed or called. I called and asked what happened, was told the technician is in dallas and trinidad tx was to far. They don't have a business in Athens tx (that's next to Trinidad tx.) it's nothing but a call center that makes money as a third party scheduling other companies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST... WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY!

Tile Grout Cleaners Athens TX did an amazing job. The tech was great. He was very polite. My carpets dried within a few hours. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future

Horrible service. They just decided that they wouldn't collect the trash on our street anymore. We've been in contact with them, and they keep telling us that they will take care of it. Well, we are 3 1/2 weeks into them, not doing what we pay them for. I would not recommend this company.

The people have zero phone skills,4 hour wait time to talk to them,no departments communicate with each other...it's a disaster trying to resolve any issues with them and they do not care....worst decision I ever made in jacksonville and chandler was to call republic services..don't do it

They forgpt to get my trash soany times i let it slide called they came back the next day and got ot bit Friday instead of picking up my trash the took my cans both that we paid for i have my number from payment but now cant get a hold of anyone then after 1 hor someone answer just to put me on hold to talk to someone else who still has not came to the phone ots been 35 min on hold do better please

Due to the recent hail storm in Athens, TX we called Richard Gallo at Silver Line Roofing to inspect our roof to see if we had hail damage. We had called Richard because our neighbor and our pastor highly recommended him. They said that he was local and very reliable. Richard quickly responded to my call and inspected our roof the next morning. Richard said they we definitely needed our roof replaced and asked that I contact our insurance agent and ask three questions 1) did we have an actual cash or recoverable depreciation policy, 2) do we pay the full deductible amount or only a percentage, and 3) do they offer a discount for Class 3 rated shingles? These questions were very helpful to me in understanding my insurance policy. I found that my old roof would be depreciated, but the depreciation would be returned to me. Richard fit us into his schedule very quickly and within 2 weeks we had our beautiful new roof installed. His roofing team was exceptional! Also, since we had a new roof and Silver Line Roofing installed Class 3 shingles, at no extra charge, I received a reduction in my homeowner’s policy of $855 and a premium refund of $470 from my insurance company. Thank you, Silver Line Roofing and Richard Gallo, for the exception service you provided!

Outstanding, even during multiple heavy storms! These guys know what they are doing. Javier and his crew of workers are efficient, communicate, professional, reassuring, diligent, checked all my concerns, fixed an older leak and they cleaned up during and after themselves. Worse case scenario happened while getting our new roof...out of nowhere, a heavy storm blew in TWICE while they were working. My biggest nightmare!!! They quickly covered the area that was exposed and waited to get back up once the storm subsided. They worked in the rain, soaking wet for hours to get more done. A couple leaks popped up expectedly in the attic during that time. But they quickly resolved those and stayed to make sure nothing new leaked. The storms were a blessing and a curse to be honest....letting us know where any problem areas were. I felt at ease that they took precautions immediately to protect my house from water damage! I will recommend Silverline Roofing and their crew to family and friends. This is our 2nd house and we have used them both times for a new roof. Great work guys!

Needed some major, in my opinion, repairs on my office roof. They are fast and efficient! Definitely know what they are doing and very experienced. All of the employees I've met or have dealt with over the phone have been so kind. I highly recommend this company for anybody needing roofing repairs!

Myara terminated our contract because I got a quote from another company so she got angry, it’s not a problem to me and my family so we did agree, also we did not have any conflicts with Myara. But she change our Google calendar password these few days. It’s horrible. We have the Exactly IP address, date, and phone’s name. If you do that again, we'll SUE you. We have lawyers and police among our family. Don't play such childish games, you are running business. We don’t have much patience,too.

Josh and Micah were polite, professional, and fixed the problem quickly. They were kind enough to allow me to watch and ask questions, and the service they provided was decently priced. Will be using Circle C again if I ever have plumbing issues.

I called Josh and he had someone here an hour after I called fixing a pipe I broke trying to replace my outdoor spigot. I twisted the copper pipe off into my brick. They were able to get the pipe fixed and replaced 2 of the spigots outside. I'm glad they came so quickly so my family wasn't without water! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

Beware!!!! $150 Charges by the hour to include drive time from undisclosed location to your location!!!! Contacted Josh who appeared to be a pretty good guy in a conversation. Ask about installing in new construction two tubs and one shower base. Just sitting p-traps and three items in place. Said they charge $150 an hour for their work, do not bid job. Agreed and scheduled a time. Had to reschedule one time. Then two young men showed up. 360 security service cameras shows young men very inexperienced. Lots of rework during install. 5 hours of work first day on site for two p-traps and to set one tub. Second date Josh and one of the young men returned and finish setting second tub and shower base. Filled in concrete holds dug. Bill was for 10 hours which included drive time to location. This was not explained to me that they would be paid for driving time to the location. Never heard of that and first time not giving a bid. Over $1,700 of work for what my camera captured as 7 hours of slow work! Appears to be a good guy, and I told him that was too high of a price for that small job. Was kind enough to drop the price,but I would not use this company ever again! Just Beware of charges by the hour!!!!
