Highly recommend! Potential Landscape has exceeded my expectations in maintaining my rental home. They now cut my lawn 2 times a month for a low monthly fee. I don’t even have to call them. they just show up once around the middle of the month and once around the first! I priced three competitors and Potential Landscape was by far the least expensive! Best thing is I don’t ever have to worry about my tenants forgetting to cut the grass which can result in a city fine. They give me peace of mind knowing my rental home always looks good.

Rodríguez Plumbing performed an exceptional service in installing my mother’s new water heater. Bubu, Andrew, and Will exhibited professionalism throughout the entire process. The office staff consistently greeted the phone with a friendly demeanor and provided prompt and helpful assistance in addressing our inquiries.

These men are absolutely amazing. Bubba came out with his apprentice a while back to work on the plumbing in my husbands and I’s first home. They were entirely respectful, clean, and orderly. They were quick with replacing and fixing things that needed attention, and kept us up to date on everything. They were honest about what needed to be done, and what could wait but were always up front about everything. They also fixed our gas line and got us hot running water quickly. These men came out when they should have been off to make sure that we were taken care of. Today we had an issue with our plumbing backing up into the house. The owner himself (and his son) immediately came out to check on what was going on, they fixed the issue rite away and again I cannot say this enough, did an amazing job. These guys are amazing they are respectful, they are quick and do a damn good job. (Bonus: they are extremely reasonably priced!!)

they were quick to tell us what parts we needed and to show us where the part was at price was good and employees were kind and attentive and they knew their stuff. Will go again if I need more parts

This is the worst water company I’ve ever had. I had a past due balance of $15.00 and now i owe over $700.00. They find any way to rip you off here. The new account representative went from $15 to $300 then to $700 all in the same week. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOUR ABLE TO!!!!

These people are rude and take your money and won't turn on your water they think they control the world or something. Paid for a meter to get installed on an existing system and was told it would be up to 15 days to get water it's been about a week and the meter was just put in but locked now they say they have to schedule an inspection and that could take another week. Getting pretty used to not having water I think I'd rather just keep getting jugs of water then deal with this company.

I have been using Water Tree for about 3 years, and they are amazing! Water always tastes good, and they never run out! We usually buy 21 gallons every 2 weeks! We love them!

Set a speed trap and then give out if towners no way to pay over phone. 3 hour office days from 8 am to 11am. Can not plea over the phone but they don't tell you that until it's to late and fines have doubled. Everyone be careful and only drive 30 mph through there! Stop giving this crooked town your money!

This court house is appalling how they handle business. No over the phone payments (in 2023 mind you), 4 hour office days, and a phone line that's always busy. Simple money grab and a trap for anyone who lives out of town. Do better Bayside.

Tried paying my speeding ticket online and I searched my name up and showed no results. How am I supposed to pay a speeding ticket if I live in a whole different city and can’t even get a hold on anyone on the phone.

Always friendly and helpful. Went to pay water bill and was out in 2 minutes.
