I hired them to pump out my septic tank. Poor customer service, they did not do a good job listening to my particular issue. This led to them only doing half the job. I had to call another septic service company to finish the job. Richland is twice the price of the other one I found.

They offered a great service and price. Would definitely recommend!

Michael, Josh, paul They were all amazing. What I thought was a foundation issue wasn’t. It was something far less expensive and was repaired that same day. Although a lot of digging had to happen, they took real good care of the area where they worked. I thought they were going to have to dig up part of my flower bed thank goodness they didn’t . Worked non stop til completed. Excellent job you guys The way they put my grass back together was amazing.

David and Jonathan did fabulous work. Our water heater died and leaked into the house. They removed the old unit, patiently worked with us on scheduling for 2 weeks while we handled insurance and restoration, then installed the new unit perfectly. Very happy I contacted Ernie’s to handle this job, and I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

Michael did a fantastic job installing a new faucet, valve & shower head for our guest bathroom, and replacing and ancient toilet for us too. He carefully explained what he was going to do, and recommended replacement products with excellent quality and reasonable prices, that were in stock at a local home center. In the meantime, he informed us that our city water service valve would not completely shut off, so we could schedule the city to replace it while he worked around it. Through it all, Michael was courteous, kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing Service!

Idk the exact days but the jets will put on a show and I have taken my children off West Worth village road to watch them boys do tricks and hear "SONIC BOOMS" it's awesome!!!

Ridiculous. It’s faster and more efficient to drive to Corpus Christi to get an ID. Consistently a 3+ month wait for an appointment. ID center literally tells members to go to units on base for support instead of providing the support themselves.

This office is vital to serve Veterans and family members of Veterans. When calling this number you NEVER get a person and they play the same ridiculous message. Some people come from over a 100 miles to get an idea and need to SPEAK to a person, shame on this pathetic office for not serving the community and our Veterans and their family members. Your lack of empathy is truly shocking. Please don't give me "we're very busy" Do better we deserve better, I hope you get DOGE'd

We all know how ID offices can be. This place has always been helpful and friendly. Great office and good people that work there.

I’ve had a good experience here, it’s best to show up early than the time it says it opens. The visitor center which is where the ID pass center is at opens at 7:00am but the building itself opens at 6:30am. My husband and I had a good experience! The people are helpful and friendly personally. This place gets very busy so it’s best to make an appointment online to skip the wait line because appointments are first come first serve.

Excellent military police working the gates, felt safe ! Very clean and professional!

This place is the worst. We had an appointment at 10 am and have been waiting almost 2 hours to be called. This is insane! Their excuse the system is slow today. I bet it is. Next time I will drive to Ft. Hood to renew my military ID.

Easy to get on as you don't need a front window sticker anymore. Just your military ID. My son and I passed right on through no problem or hassle. This base has a lot of fun things to do and everything is tax free.....if you didn't already know that you must be a boot! Lol

Centrally located on the base. This is not the visitor center, so there’s not really a receptionist. Youll probably find a sailor at an entrance post. Basically, its a bunch of command offices. There is a cool jet out front though.

Terrible service over the phone! In the last 20 minutes, I have tried 8 times to reach a live, human being at the JRB in Ft. Worth. NOTHING! When, the phone system claims to be transferring my calls to an attendant, the phone rings between 5-10 times, then, disconnects! This is on a Tuesday between 14:00-14:30. Has this base been closed???
