I hoped that when I had to deal with Clearstream customer service that the reviews were wrong. I was wrong, the poor reviews are accurate. They answered my call and stated that a representative would contact me. I was never contacted even after repeated calls. I kept leaving my name and number, but no contact. I cannot in good faith recommend this company or their product.

For years, I have always hated clearstream systems due to their absolutely piss poor design and components. This experience dealing with them directly for the first time did nothing to assuage that. Absolutely terrible customer service. Absolutely minimal stock on replacement parts. They don't even have a common connection hose for a Gast AT05 Rotary Aerator. They also couldn't even tell me where I might be able to acquire one. Fortunately, I'm not as much of an idiot as these people appear to be and can make do without. It'd just be nice if a septic system manufacturer and parts distributor actually had some damn competency. From now on, I'll just drive the 3 hours to Waller to visit Pro-Flo or Tomball to visit Longhorn Plumbing to get what I need. I'd rather dive 3 hours and know that I'm dealing with competent employees and a respectable business vs. 1 hour to deal with these idiots. And to think thr company was founded by a marine...

Unsafe work environment management is no good either don't care about there employees or customers younger owner blames a driver when a truck breaks down out of town the company left us in the middle of no wear with a broken truck trailer no hotel to go to nothing had to arrange myself it just got worse before it got better got back home to be fired because I used there company card to get things done and the truck back on the road that was there company truck

The customer service experience in dealing with the folks at Lumberton MUD has always been exceptional. At every department of the organization from the management staff, the office staff and the field crew, everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable.

When I moved back to Lumberton I went down to office and paid my deposit and was expecting my water to take a day or two to get turned on but they came out that day like they said! That's awesome.

They charge more than Entergy does to move your service from one address to another. The paperwork was messed up and my water was not turned on when promised, therefore I could not clean beforehand. They will only let you overlap your service from old address to new address for 2 weeks. What difference does it make if you want to overlap for a month if you pay your bills???

Mike, Gavin and the rest of their crew were awesome. Had the pleasure of doing business with them on a new construction. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything easy!
