I hired them to pump out my septic tank. Poor customer service, they did not do a good job listening to my particular issue. This led to them only doing half the job. I had to call another septic service company to finish the job. Richland is twice the price of the other one I found.

They offered a great service and price. Would definitely recommend!

Michael, Josh, paul They were all amazing. What I thought was a foundation issue wasn’t. It was something far less expensive and was repaired that same day. Although a lot of digging had to happen, they took real good care of the area where they worked. I thought they were going to have to dig up part of my flower bed thank goodness they didn’t . Worked non stop til completed. Excellent job you guys The way they put my grass back together was amazing.

David and Jonathan did fabulous work. Our water heater died and leaked into the house. They removed the old unit, patiently worked with us on scheduling for 2 weeks while we handled insurance and restoration, then installed the new unit perfectly. Very happy I contacted Ernie’s to handle this job, and I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

Michael did a fantastic job installing a new faucet, valve & shower head for our guest bathroom, and replacing and ancient toilet for us too. He carefully explained what he was going to do, and recommended replacement products with excellent quality and reasonable prices, that were in stock at a local home center. In the meantime, he informed us that our city water service valve would not completely shut off, so we could schedule the city to replace it while he worked around it. Through it all, Michael was courteous, kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing Service!

Justin is prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. We love our new filtration system and that he helped us get the existing softener system set properly and showed us how to keep it going. Thanks for all your help!

After Pentair took over Pelican, it has been too complicated to purchase / replace medias for my Pelican Water Filter System. Throughout researches, I found Justin and he just completed replacing our medias. He gave me a reasonable estimate and he did very good job. I am willing to refer him to my friends who have Pelican Water Systems.

We bought a house recently and had no option in our water service!! The last couple of months they have randomly shut our water off without notice and when we call their response is we are currently under an outage aka they are doing maintenance! We have stay at home family members and the fact they go to use the water and it's just off is unacceptable!!! Also they way over charge for water!! $70 for a service charge and $45 for late fee!! Worst water company experience we have ever had!! About to just drill a well in our backyard!!!

$45 late fee for 5 days late??? You should be ashamed of yourselves! There needs to be a new board.

$70.00 service fee????? I think that is very expensive. I'm afraid use the water, to add more to the bill.
