Kierra, Drew, & Jesse were great! We had a leak in the unit above and needed a dry out immediately. They came same-day and started the evaluation and dry out process, kept things tidy and organized and helped to move items from the areas affected. Now it’s time for the insurance situation on my end, but ServPro came through and helped prevent lasting damage. Thanks y’all!

I live at 1547 western skies Dr. The homeowner went to your office to request a dumpster, just like our neighbors across the street has the same dumpster, that he is requesting. He is being refused service because his parents whom are both deceased did not pay for their pasted due account. The company has written off their account and has placed the new owner on a nonpayment list. Where is the fairness in this matter?

This company and our crew are top notch! Have always appreciated their service but today they went above and beyond. High winds and hail hit our neighborhood last night. We could see that our trash cans were blown over and trash was blown around, but we couldn’t do anything about it with the storms overhead. We woke up to trash cans that were picked up and no trash in the yard. They didn’t have to do that! Thanks for your great service!

Until today I was nothing but completely happy with my service every Friday from HCWS. They are cheaper than Tiger Sanitation and provide recycling and trash removal. We only used the trash service. So I cannot comment about recycling bins. Last week I received an email that HCWS was moving to a 1 man mechanical truck and we would receive stickers for a certain amount of overflow bags for free and if we used them up, additional stickers could be purchased. Never received the stickers so I went ahead and did the usual and neatly placed my broken down boxes near my trash bin. I happen to be in my car in the driveway when a HCWS driver with new truck came and used the mechanical to pick up the bin and dump the trash. After he was done. The trash bin fell over. I waited and watched as the truck went up the street. The driver never got out to take my boxes, nor did he pick up the trash bin that was now laying in the street. Totally unacceptable. I then called their customer service and was told to go pick up the trash bin and that me not receiving the stickers for my overflow trash was not her fault. So I'm done. I really liked this company in the beginning, but the lack of respect and good customer service is sending me back to my old company that was a little more expensive, but the employees were always very polite.

I just started using Central Texas Water Softeners for my RO needs in my house. The original company that installed our unit went out of business and I found out about Central Texas Water Softeners- they are excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional, courteous, timely, and most importantly- knowledgeable and affordable. They took great care of me and my RO unit and got me back in operation super fast. Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have a twin alternating water softener system that we purchased from this company. It provides soft water 24/7 and makes a huge difference for our plumbing system and all of our water appliances. We also purchased two reverse osmosis systems that we use for drinking water and our ice machines. We are grateful to have used this company for all of our water quality needs.

I’m very happy with my water softener and the excellent customer service from Weston. The price was great, and the installation process was fast and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
