Lowe's Market - Sundown

Stopped by here to enjoy a lunch meal after working at a next door office building. The cafeteria was a convenient alternative to venturing out. The food quality was good and the cooking staff were friendly and responsive. The can do a better job of listing menu items as we were left guessing was on the menu. The food selection was limited but adequate. The food quality was equal to other cafeteria style options. Overall a nice option. The facility was very clean and modern.

The crew came out yesterday to fix a leak in my alley way right behind my home I live in the 78209 area code. The mess they left behind was not cool when I got home around 3 I had to pick up a Pepsi can a grading wood stake and my personal water meter was left open. Someone could have driven into it. But the worse is that they damaged my French drain outlet it now has about a 1" of backfall my back yard gets flooded when we get heavy rains. They had no business digging around it there repairs were on my neighborhood side I hope they can send some guys to dig under my drain and remove all the extra dirt they pushed under it to raise it up.

Website directed me to call as paying online was not an option today. "2 minute 58 second wait time" turned into 14 min 45 seconds before i talked to someone only to be placed on hold for 3 more minutes to get to someone at a payment center that couldn't tell me what i owed. (No one mentioned i needed to go figure out my balance on my own... perhaps through the website that doesn't work). The payment center sent me back over to customer service, a misnomer btw, and i sat for 11 minutes before hanging up. ... no one else that wants my $ would make it so difficult to give it to them. At this point i am currently drilling my own well using a toothpick and rubber band with a Lego wheel. I figure this will be quicker than waiting to pay my bill with SAWS.

We had extensive water damage in our home from a sewage backup. Francisco and his team were out within an hour and stayed close with us during the lengthy process of remediation and recovery. We had a plumbing issue that lead to a fairly large leak in our kitchen and basement (water flows down). These guys were out fixing the issue before the plumber could get here. Everything was back together in 3 weeks and fixed to my satisfaction. Francisco was awesome to work with and explained every step of the process with patience and calm.

I drove over 15 miles to utilize this location as a preference after not being back for years and was disappointed to be informed that PET ITEMS weren't allowed. Thankfully, I was informed nicely by the staff AFTER my items had run with 10 minutes left on the dryer. The staff member said this was some NEW POLICY being implemented. As I explained, that I had been a customer years ago with no issue. The employee said the new NO PET ITEMS POLICY was because they have so many people allergic to animals. I stated nicely that this policy wasn't posted anywhere or I'd have observed it. I used 2 machines and 1 dryer, all large machines which totalled over $10. Before, this random policy was brought to my attention I had every intention of utilizing this location monthly despite the 15 mile distance. I think it's a shame to be frankly honest that a reasonable compromise cannot be thought of beyond NO PET ITEMS. I've frequented multiple public wash locations & am so used to seeing signs about policies so if this is in fact a REAL POLICY, I think your customers with allergic issues would have advocated for it to be posted. I ask that management reconsider this policy with more compromise. Possibly having machines LABELED PET FRIENDLY or NOT PET FRIENDLY. I included photos of the outside of the building as no signage of this random NO PET POLICY was posted. I'll reconsider bringing my business back as this experience was truly disappointing.

The place is super nice and it's very large. It's very clean inside of the facility and there's people on site in order to be able to take care of your every need. They also have something where if you give them 10 lb of laundry, you only pay like 11 bucks to get it done. Very convenient, much more convenient than doing laundry at home in some cases.

Best laundromat EVER. Super Clean, nice staff, change available, lots of washers and dryers and a restroom, even snacks. Was traveling cross country by car and needed to wash clothes, WOW I wish there was one of these everywhere.

Awful representation of a Texas government. They prey on the surrounding streets with their cameras and binoculars. Pulling people over right in the outskirts of their town limits by invading their privacy? Wow…all I can say is wow AND, I guess we know where all those WEST state Libs are living when they move to Texas. Thx for the disgusting example of abuse of power. Why won’t y’all actually go and find/arrest criminals? Stop preying on us hard working tax payers!

I love Hollywood Park. I like the people in the town hall. The police are great, they are the best of the best. As an old senior military officer, I am not easily impressed. These fine officers are profoundly great. I would not live any where else!

Everyone there is so incredibly helpful. It is wonderful to have our own police and fire departments.

Horrible service waited over 2 hours for someone to acknowledge me as I was waiting to get my tank washed out

This is not that bad of a company but if hr would get involved, then they probably have better yard managers and truck pushers. Fort Stockton yard just had about 3 good hardworking men quit right after I was released by a discriminating truck pusher who is very unorganized and does not no where to begin or end. This yard will not last long, there are plenty drivers that are not happy and waiting for a better opportunity. How is it that my schedule is mandatory and others have their preference. I call bs, never heard of this at Halliburton, Baker Hughes, or any of the big name companies. But maybe its because hr does their JOB!! Added 2/13/18 I dont ever wish anyone bad, but You Sam Hernandez, you didnt think of my fam when you told me it wouldnt work out. Because you said this & that is MANDATORY, but not to all employees. You will regret your decisions with preferencing. Gdluck on finding drivers since I just heard another one quit and more are ready to do the same. Note: I heard you were never good as a driver, couldnt be focused or ready & by the looks you are not good as a truck pusher.

There used to be driver that worked there ,his name was Pablo....he was the dumbest person in the whole yard.
