Allied was able to come out to my house in a timely manner over the holidays when my mater bedroom flooded. They were very detailed in getting the job done while carefully removing my baseboards without causing any damage to them. They checked on the progress often while the fans were going and kept me updated each step and took the time to explain to me exactly what to expect in the process. Lack of communication with customers when changing online billing. Text messages never received . Read website is not adequate. Who goes to the website. I pay online. Payment went through last month. Cancelled this month with no warning No letter. No email Only way I became aware was through tracking payment which did not show up. Very frustrated. Called office continually told I was given a text message or I could read on website. Did not happen. Poor way of doing business

I've been with rice water supply for 42 years I'm on the water board they put me on there somehow they are very good people to work with I've never had any problem with them they are very understanding and a great group all the way around I wish him all the best and I hope I continue to get good service

Crazy high fees just to initiate … 300.00 to become a member ….. member of what ???? And what does being a member get ??? Nothing !! 50 dollars to transfer service ….. water bill 125.00 when no one was living in the house yet ! if i had a choice I would not use them … . I wish we could choose water companies but you cant so they can make you do whatever they want and you just have to take it and pay it or you wont have water !!! Oh and the people are rude that work there !!
