We were pleased to find this open laundry facility after 6 days at Big Bend. Due to water shortages, there was no laundry service available in Study Butte or Terlingua. This laundry service in Fort Davis was convenient and easy to get to. There was plenty of parking available for our truck and 25-foot trailer. The machines were clean and in good working order. There are 10 washers and 10 dryers, all of which were available at noon on a Monday. Washers $2.50 per load. Dryers 25 cents per 5 minutes. No restroom available.

After a fragrance mishap with my laundry at a different laundromat, I spent a couple of days here washing and rewashing the same load trying to get rid of the allergy inducing scent. At only $2.50/load to wash and five minutes for a quarter to dry (October, 2023), it was much more affordable than elsewhere. I wasn't looking for additional amenities so this bare bones laundromat was perfect for my needs. There are ten each front loading washers and ten dryers.

Very Clean. Actually the friendly kind cleaning people were actively cleaning while we were there. One washer was marked out of order but there were plenty more working and clean. It was not busy when we were there. It is the only laundry mat in town.

Very informative. My 5 year old loved the Junior Ranger activity. Be advised the visitor center is closed for lunch from noon-1pm so you’ll need to plan accordingly to pay for your admission.

A great laid-back atmosphere with really tasty food! The ingredients are high quality and the seasonal menu highlights really great flavors.

A hidden gem in Marfa...truly a great find. A family own business that made you feel like family. ADA wheelchair accessible plus a puppy friendly shaded big patio...a restaurant side and bar side...plus ice cream. The food was amazing. The portions were impressive and delicious. The cheese cake felt like you were in New York..so big and delicious. They make a tea that used cardamom and it was good. They gave me the secret recipe and I am keeping it a secret. One of the best stops in Marfa. Photos included.

The filet mignon was so tender, cooked so perfectly! I wanted it to be good, but it was a bit too salty. The waiter offered to take it back and give me a new one, but I was there with the family and didn’t want them to have to wait for me. Later, the waiter forgot my son’s drink, but charged us for it by mistake. He took the drink off, and also my son’s dessert since my meal was salty… if I lived in the area, I would definitely try them again and hope for a less salty filet! My husband’s pasta Rosso was perfect. And my kiddo thoroughly enjoyed his hamburger and ice cream cone!

Great laundromat, machines are all triple load ($4.00) and two are quadruple load ($5.25). The dryers work great as well! If you didn’t bring any soap you can purchase some there. They have a quarter exchange machine as well.

Adequate laundromat. Not the cleanest I've been to but not the worst. The cost was okay. The dryers take forever unless you use the hottest setting. The bathroom, however, was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently.

It does not have a clear sign and is small but has 12 medium washers and 12 large dryers. Can easily wash multiple loads but nothing so big as a large comforter or duvet. Relatively clean with regular Laundromat accomodations. Parking is unclear.
