This place is Heaven away from home. The experience from beginning to end was seamless and comforting. The owners are very welcoming and extremely helpful. From the moment you enter the gate on the path to your cabin, you immediately feel the release of the city life removed and begin to feel a sense of pure relaxation. We stayed in the Spring Creek cabin and enjoyed every moment of it. It’s comfy, relaxing, quiet, 40ft from the river, and most importantly no neighbors. The cabin is provided with games, radio, linen, cutlery, cooking utensils, air freshener, heated Jacuzzi, paint and brush to paint your signature rock for the patio, propane grill, and finally muffin(s) and orange juice for breakfast. We will most definitely return to get away from our hectic city lives.

Idk the exact days but the jets will put on a show and I have taken my children off West Worth village road to watch them boys do tricks and hear "SONIC BOOMS" it's awesome!!!
Ridiculous. It’s faster and more efficient to drive to Corpus Christi to get an ID. Consistently a 3+ month wait for an appointment. ID center literally tells members to go to units on base for support instead of providing the support themselves.

This office is vital to serve Veterans and family members of Veterans. When calling this number you NEVER get a person and they play the same ridiculous message. Some people come from over a 100 miles to get an idea and need to SPEAK to a person, shame on this pathetic office for not serving the community and our Veterans and their family members. Your lack of empathy is truly shocking. Please don't give me "we're very busy" Do better we deserve better, I hope you get DOGE'd
We all know how ID offices can be. This place has always been helpful and friendly. Great office and good people that work there.
I’ve had a good experience here, it’s best to show up early than the time it says it opens. The visitor center which is where the ID pass center is at opens at 7:00am but the building itself opens at 6:30am. My husband and I had a good experience! The people are helpful and friendly personally. This place gets very busy so it’s best to make an appointment online to skip the wait line because appointments are first come first serve.

Excellent military police working the gates, felt safe ! Very clean and professional!
This place is the worst. We had an appointment at 10 am and have been waiting almost 2 hours to be called. This is insane! Their excuse the system is slow today. I bet it is. Next time I will drive to Ft. Hood to renew my military ID.
Easy to get on as you don't need a front window sticker anymore. Just your military ID. My son and I passed right on through no problem or hassle. This base has a lot of fun things to do and everything is tax free.....if you didn't already know that you must be a boot! Lol

Centrally located on the base. This is not the visitor center, so there’s not really a receptionist. Youll probably find a sailor at an entrance post. Basically, its a bunch of command offices. There is a cool jet out front though.
Terrible service over the phone! In the last 20 minutes, I have tried 8 times to reach a live, human being at the JRB in Ft. Worth. NOTHING! When, the phone system claims to be transferring my calls to an attendant, the phone rings between 5-10 times, then, disconnects! This is on a Tuesday between 14:00-14:30. Has this base been closed???
Very well placed on the installation.

Had a great time. Knocking off one star because they wouldn't let me fly a stealth bomber. Otherwise, recommended. Sunglasses a must.
I was playing golf and then two jets flew over my head and i was like wow

Many of my reservist colleagues complain about their respective NRCs across the country.. but I can’t relate. The team here puts in the work, and the CO & XO are attentive. Shoutout to PSSN Rodriguez in manpower who is on top of everything.
Had to come here for a CAC card for a federal agency. Billions of dollars in humanitarian aid but god forbid we hire another CAC card person. Staff was friendly but 7 hours of wait time for a walk-in is pretty unacceptable. “Hurry up and wait” shouldn’t be a term we are proud of in the government.
I called on behalf of my husband to get some info about an ID card. His has expired and does not say if he is attached to the military or not. He needs an ID that states he is attached ao we can get on base and buy tickets through the travel store. The person that answered the phone did not even try to help me or even hear me out before he put me on hold and then transferred me to a line that I was on hold for 18 minutes just for the person to hang up on me. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! Little to say I never told rresceived an answer to see where or what we needed to do to get his ID updated.
