I worked with Pat and his crew to have older kitchen cabinets repainted; walls, ceilings, trim and baseboards repainted; doors repaired and painted; concrete patios repaired and sealed; light fixtures removed and replaced; and electrical sockets repaired and replaced. PuroClean was clear about the costs of the project from the beginning and the timeline. The job was completed earlier than I originally ask. Perhaps the moment I knew I had selected the right company was when I paid Michael, the paint foreman, a compliment on sanding the cabinets twice, and he replied, “We want to do it right, we take pride in our work.” That work ethic and pride permeates the company - top down. Given the opportunity I will gladly use PuroClean again.

This company is a lifesaver! I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hungry and sleepily walked downstairs to get myself a little snack only to step down into a mini river of water running through my living room from the kitchen! A pipe had burst and flooded the first floor of my house. I ran to shut the water off and called my insurance company. None of the restoration companies they recommended answered the phone (understandable at 1-2AM) but googling restoration companies near me brought up PuroClean of NE San Antonio where Dan did answer the phone, calmed me down, and sent out his top technician to my house. Within an hour, Frank was at my house, assessing the damage, extracting water from the carpet, getting furniture up off the ground, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to stabilize the damage until later that morning after the plumber I called had come by to fix the leak, and Frank could start the work necessary to dry out my home. The work was done quickly and professionally and they handled the hassle of dealing with insurance for me. Within days my house was clean and dry and their construction people were there replacing the drywall and insulation and everything else that the water had damaged - all in time for our family to host Christmas Dinner for the family this year. I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing my experience was with this company. They did an excellent job repairing dry rot in my bathroom and it looks better than ever before. Duff the manager was pleasant and took care of everything I needed with ease. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services and I will definitely be calling them again if needed.
