Lets see they came to our house to fix a pipeline only to make problems worse they drove over our pipeline n busted it with their bulldozer/digger n when it came time to fix the pipe they sat there doing NOTHING for 2-3hrs no mud was them nor was there any hole they dug up with the machine they brought so now we sit here with no water stinking like sh## n have to try n fix it ourselves meaning getting muddy n having to ask neighbors who can let us use their shower.... thanks a whole lot for nothing laziest company you could ever rely on. Oh yeah I almost completely forgot if your line busts or they bust it expect a very high water bill unless you shut your water off completely.

David was easy to work with and very dependable. We needed an old fence removed to make way for a new one. David and his crew arrived earlier than expected and completed the job without any issues. He is very professional and has a great personality. I would use his services again.

David and his crew did a wonderful job removing numerous piles of limbs from my property. The small stick after clean up was excellent. I called him one afternoon and by 8:00am the next morning the job was done. Great work for a fair price!

I can not get consistency in anything that has to do with the city. I have been leaving messages since Sept. 2022 and still only get told some will return your call. I have yet to have anyone call at all. I was told I can not have water connected on family property but that I some how acquired a bill for said property DURING the time I was not allowed to have it. When I asked, “Do you understand how that doesn’t make sense?” She stated, “I don’t know how that happen. Someone will call you back.” That’s all you have to do to work there? Just be able to say, “I apologize for that. I will have someone call you back.”

These staff are the worst. Don't know what they are doing. Super slow. Waste of time. Expect a 30 minute wait time at least just to start new service. Well with no competition they can be as incompetent as they please. Ridiculous.

GREAT SERVICE! We had pet odors/stains from previous tenants in our home in the carpet and the smell was not so nice. They were able to treat those problem areas and the house smells phenomenal now! I like that their charges were straight up too. A lot of the other places we called had all sorts of extra fees and hidden charges. Friendly service, fast, on time. Will use again!
