Since June 30 2022 I have have had low water pressure for 3 days and no water for 4 days. The young man assigned to this area has been working trying to figure out the problem with no luck. I am renting where I live and all my bills are in my landlords name, SO when I call the business office in Wichits Falls, they refuse to talk to me because I am not on the account, just the landlord is. There are several houses in my area that are having the same problems and Red River Authority has not fixed it yet going into the 2nd week tomorrow. Where are the supervisors at to help figure this out ? I would like to take a shower, but haven’t been able to in 4 days. Red River Authority, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM ?
