This is my hometown. I hate this disgusting hamlet. I finally left in 2018. Every time I have returned to visit, I see the poverty expanding. Meth is easier to obtain than weed. Certain people on that certain side of the tracks (where the roads are still dirt) stealing nonstop. Crooked cops. Hummel was a crooked cop. I wish this dirty, disgusting town would just burn down. Again. It's slowly dying anyway. Good.

The lady that takes the money for the water bill took it apond herself to charge me for a bill that wasnt even due when I called to pay my past due amount .If your going to do me any favors next time pay the bill yourself that was very unprofessional, you tell the custmer how much their past due amount and late fees, then you tell them when their next bill is do send her back to class cause clearly she failed the whole assignment...

They need to step up on the city streets. You can almost lose a car in a pit hole on 148 post street.. just sad.

I genuinely wish there was another water company because this one is just down right abusive the way they treat their customers. I’ve been without water for 2 days!!! Not a single email or phone call as to why there’s no water. I call and the bumbling idiots in customer service say “it’s an emergency, the contractors struck a main water line. Twice. How are we supposed to know?” so nobody thought, after a few hours of no water, that it would be important to notify residents that there would be no water until further notice? Not a single soul with a functioning brain thought it was important to tell people who pay for their water, that they won’t be able to use their paid for services until further notice? Then I got “Kristen” cracking up on the line thinking that a resident going without water for 2 days straight is hilarious. This isn’t even the first time either. Over the summer I went several days without water because East Cedar Creek thinks it’s funny to cut the water off without notice. Apparently their contractors can’t do their jobs properly either. Every few weeks another one “strikes a main water line”….

My neighbor alerted me that we have a back up every month and Mantle Manners addition down Boshart Ln in Gun Barrel City!!!And for some reason they cannot figure out why but this is raw sewage is in my yard and I am tired of it if someone could please help me I’d really appreciate it!!!!!!! by the way your workers just left I am sending pictures they did nothing other than spray a little lime in the yard in the ditch so residence if you’re jogging riding your bike or your kids or walking down the road you are walking and raw sewage keep your shoes outside!!!!!!!

I don't have them... was actually calling to get trash service... but the sarcastic and rude individual on the other end of the line made my decision to pay a little more for trash pick up, and a lot less headache. It amazes me just how simple minded and Rude some of these business owners out this way truly are!

I like total sanitation! They pick up on schedule and if I fall behind on my bill, I pay my balance and resume pick up! The workers are friendly too!!

My one month project took 4 months to be completed due to then being unable to pick up the container, their excuse was a bunch of lies, first that their truck was broke down and as soon I walked out there was a truck coming in, so now they said they had other orders in front of mine. They kept the money to an undeliver container and later use it for overweight fees when the container was not even full, they wouldn’t answer our calls and many issues more. Not recommended at all. Worst experience ever

When I built my new home, Kevin’s name was give to me by one of my contractors. When he came to give me an estimate on the sprinkler system, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He wasn’t concerned with just his part in the outdoor areas of my home. He helped with getting me in touch with Pinnacle Fence who also took good care of me. I would highly recommend Kevin and his crew for your sprinkler and lawn care needs!

We hired Kevin and his team to put in a new irrigation system at our lake house, put down sod, railway tie retaining walls, and also for landscaping. The flower beds and also the rock gardens that Roberts Landscape and Irrigation created turned out excellent, as did all of their other work. Their pricing was fair and we are extremely happy with all of their results. Also, whenever we had a question, Kevin has responded right away. We would highly recommend Kevin and we would use him again.

I had some issues with my irrigation system. I contacted Kevin and he diagnosed the issues and made the necessary repairs. I highly recommend Kevin. Thank you again for getting my system back up and running. Please support local businesses.
