From my first conversation with Josh it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I had a fairly large septic job and was nothing but impressed with Josh and his crew. He communicated regularly to keep me informed of the status of the job and did everything he said he would do without me having to follow up with him. I won’t hesitate to use him again, should the need arise, or to recommend him to others.

Chris came out for an estimate, and was very professional and quick. Scheduled cleaning within the same week and arrived on time. Got the job done within an hour or so. Upholstery smells amazing! Would recommend to family and others needing a good cleaning! Price was reasonable.

Chris did a great job cleaning and renewing carpet that was probably pretty hopeless. We needed the carpets cleaned after 8 years of abuse by 3 kids and 2 dogs. His office professional was very courteous and proactive in helping get the job scheduled and then rescheduled. I will use C & M carpet cleaning for my next home carpet cleaning.

I hired are wide to do a routine cleaning on my couch, they sent someone out and his equipment was not working and would not remove the water he was using from the couch. I called the owner to tell him that the couch was now stained from too much water and that his tech was not able to finish. He blamed the "younger generation" not wanting to work. He sent someone else over 2 days later to finish the job, 20 minutes in his equipment starting leaking gasoline all over the driveway, and tracked gas all through my living room, he could not keep the equipment running so he left. I called the owner again and told him what was going on, again he blamed the " younger generation" not wanting to mess with the equipment to get it working properly so that they could go home early. He said he was going to send his best employee the next day to finish the job. That employee never showed and now nobody is answering the phone or returning my calls after having left numerous messages.

GREAT JOB! There is really nothing but good to say about this company. They showed up right on time, went right to work and had my carpet and furniture looking brand new in no time at all. The carpet looked much cleaner than it did the last time I had it cleaned. The quoted price was the final price, no surprises like with the last crew that I had clean. I will definitely call these guys again.

My yard had terrible drainage issues that would cause it to flood and hold water any time it rained. Alex came out and evaluated my yard and came up with a great solution. He and his team came back and installed a French drain and did some regrading. They were fast and did a great job! I highly recommend this company!
