If I could give no stars, I would. This water company is by far the WORST! The water quality is terrible, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's harmful to health—probably even cancer-causing. On top of that, they're overcharging for this awful water. Not to mention the constant issues with main water pipe leaks, leaving customers without water for extended periods. I'm beyond relieved that we moved and no longer have to deal with their subpar service. This company should be shut down!

Very nice people in office. So many problems. Water outages because of a leaks. Leaks every where, boil notices all the time. Word of advice, you must have reserve water due to multiple issues.

Worst water company in Texas. Our water is brown even with a whole house filter system. All they do is raise the rates and give nasty water service.

Horrible attitudes, non helpful staff, and poor excuse for damaging equipment. If you arent capable of operating machinery then dont. If you arent capable of going to work and having a decent attitude, then dont. If you arent capable of making right the damage you have done to a vehicle or trailer that's trusted you and your business, close your doors and call it quits. Disgusted by their lack of caring about anything but themselves.

Don’t take your scrap metal here. This place cheats you out of money. They paid me for loose tin and I didn’t have a single piece of tin in my load. When I when I went in to tell them about it, they refused to make it good. Of course they had me dump in a huge hole so there is no way to prove what you brought.

It was my first time at this scrap yard, I had a trailer full of aluminum siding along with copper and steel. I must have been in the wrong lane the whole time. But the staff there were really nice and helped me get unloaded and back to the front. Super nice place and personnel, however, I thought the price paid was a little low. Other than that, the place was great..easy in and out, even if it's your first time..

We highly recommend VCV Land Services! Vince, the owner, is a very nice man who is very fair in his prices and is extremely flexible in situations that often appear once work has begun. He knows his equipment’s capabilities and provides fast, reliable service. We needed to have the road resurfaced with base, construct a gated entry with culverts, remove cedar and underbrush, and relocate some rocks and debris to another place on our property. Vince went out of his way to listen to our concerns and was very flexible in the changes that were necessary to facilitate our needs. We will definitely use him again in the future!

I called VCV Landservices because Vince (the owner) came highly recommended from my good buddy, who just so happens to be a neighbor of mine. With that recommendation, I knew Vince would get the job done right, at a fair price and with expert care for my property. And WOW did he deliver! He used my vision for the property and bumped it up a few notches! To start, I needed about 5 acres cleared of 5ft tall weeds and baby cedar...did that in a half day...IMPRESSED! Next cleared very mature cedar trees (over 30ft tall) and dead trees from around the 30+ acre property...really opening up GREAT VIEWS of the property and house. He even expertly removed a mature cedar that had grown around a gorgeous sugarberry tree I wanted to keep...IMPRESSED EVEN MORE! For the final part, he trucked in some crushed granite and turned my awful/bumpy driveway into the smoothest! My wife is really happy with this one! Again 100% SATISFIED with the results and will definitely use VCV Landservices for future projects! Keep up the GREAT WORK Vince!

Excellent work, Vince went above and beyond to clear my property in a very timely manner. Cleared a ton of dead trees, a small shed structure and opened up my property big time. I recommend using him, he is a straightforward hard worker and a super nice guy

My aunt has used him for as long as I can remember, probably 20 years. You won't find an HVAC guy that's more knowledgeable or honest.

Called at 8am and w was assured that a service person would call after 12 to say when they would be here. Noone called so at 3 pm I called. It was a different person on the phone and she had no idea. She called a service tech who had her tell me it would be tomorrow. I have rarely been treated like this by any service company. I won't call again.
