Our A/C went out. We reached out to 5 different companies for estimates. We decided on Cactus Comfort services for not only giving us the best estimate, they saved us thousands over the next company that offered us a Zane 3.5 tone A/C unit, the installation was fast & professional. They even removed an old unit left in our attic for no additional charge. We Highly Recommend Cactus Comfort Services!

11.19.2024 UPDATE - STILL NO REFUND... You have about $1,800 I need to try and book a LAST minute STAY! ANYWHERE.... But nothing available... Why wont you help? I wish you would give me a call and / or return my money.... Bait and Switch... sold us great place, then 2 weeks before say that we can't use the place.... it's under renovations. More over, they try to offer other places that where not going to work for our large multi family Thanksgiving... They also used text too much, very unprofessional for how much these places are. Candice was exceptionally RUDE... no offer to listen to the trouble created by our reservation being UNDER RENOVATIONS... wow! Now it's too late to book anything... not a warning and no offer to help with discounts. This company is rude and doesn't care if they destroy your family vacations plans. Candice, RUDE, decided to end the call quickly when I tried to explain our "damages"... Said, YOU WILL GET A REFUND, GOOD BYE!, and hung up on me. SAD Not rude!? Was the call recorded? Please post that! How would you take this comment, “ you booked through VRBO right? Give them your complaint “ click! Phone call over…. Yeah, I have employees that tell me stories differently too. Good day
