I was in a bind with a septic alarm. Andrew was one of the few who actually answered his phone. Not only did he offer to help me out, but he also gave me some options. I was a bit apprehensive because Andrew knew I was in a predicament. It didn’t matter. Andrew was understanding and professional. He helped me out as promised and even let me know that he overestimated the cost. He explained everything to me and even made sure I knew how to follow up with another company with whom I have a service contract for my system. Will Fix It came out and installed an EV Charger /RV Outlet at our short-term rental, The Outpost, located in Fredericksburg Texas. The scheduling, communications, invoicing, and payment process all went very smoothly. The prices was right on target and the crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation went quickly without any issues. We highly recommend this company!

They were available ASAP and came to fix my problem right away. Mikey got my water back on and my plumbing problem solved in less than 2 hours. He also put me in contact with a drywall repair company to come out and inspect my drywall to ensure that there was no further damage. I don't have much to worry about thanks to these guys. Mikey also suggested some preventative measures that I could take to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I had to decline at the time due to money being tight, but I appreciated the offer and explanation. The culprit for the dilemma was hard water.

Daryl with Will-Fix-It came out this morning and did our summer AC service. He is 100% professional, competent, and courteous. He was so thorough. Daryl checked the outside unit, the attic unit, the returns and both thermostats. He could not have done a better job. Now we have an awesome watersoftenig system that they just installed in June 2024. They continue to provide excellent service and products. Marcos just completed the winter heater service. He did an awesome job.

Kimberly was very nice and helpful when she came to check if I had fiberglass in my apartment. I had washed my son's bed and unzipped the mattress cover and she was able to confirm that it wasn't fiberglass and explained to me what fiberglass would look and feel like.
