Justin at Winston water cooler was great. Excellent choice for plumbers or homeowner's wanting affordable prices. Winston water coolers is a superior choice over using big box stores. Same price with better service.

I have called and left several messages trying to get someone to call me back. I wanted to build several cabinets in my home and it appears that Hopco is not taking on any new business. I would never do business with them because someone who is in business who will not call someone back is a terrible business. There is no excuse for unprofessional behavior.

I haven't had any issues so far in 2 years. I had two really high bills due to an unknown slab leak and I let her know, she was willing to work with me and not shut off our water.

Make sure you fill out the auto draft paper work so that the water office can make sure that they don't auto draft from your account. This way they can turn your water off for free and ask for $30 to turn it back on.

Website doesn't work, expects me to pay all bills in person but are only open through hours when people have to work (8-5). Wouldn't be a problem if the website worked but God forbid anything is functional at this establishment.

Three people I know, including myself, filled out papers to do auto draft. After a couple months of not seeing a bill they did not send one or sent it to someone else. Office also did not pull money from account. So there are of course fines and fees. After shown where and when paperwork was done and deposits were made, eyes just roll and no explanation is given. If you do anything with this office, take pictures and keep receipts.
