Very displeased with this company and my Insurance Company AAA. (I’ll write them a review as well) My 89 year old mother had a flood and stayed with us for 95 days while these guys did absolutely nothing for at least 4 weeks. The never ending excuses for delays were NEVER ENDING. When all was said and done 95 days later, they are still hounding us for a balance remaining even though we paid every penny sent to us from AAA to them directly. We understood we would be responsible for our 5k deductible and a small flooring upgrade. We had mom stay with us to reduce her temporary housing stress and cost and they strung us along with confusing invoices and industry jargon. There are a lot of companies you should call for flood damage but don’t call this one because the name pops into your head. Big mistake.
