My daughter and her family moved to Midland and bought a home built in 1976. About half the home still had popcorn ceilings. They tested and found it contained asbestos. Started a steep learning curve regarding residential abatement. Short version: Texas doesn’t regulate residential asbestos abatement therefore most of the companies we contacted blew us off. Weren’t the least bit interested in our business - told us ‘you don’t need us just do it yourself’. About half didn’t even return our calls. Enter Advanced Environmental Services. Not only returned our call, set appt for the next day to look at it. Showed up early to appt. Moved schedule around to accommodate. Started when they said they would. Finished a few hours early. Professional from the first call till the last moment when we looked everything over and made our final payment. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while out here!

I called West TX Water Well Services because my water well pump quit working. Hours later Floyd & David arrived and did a quick diagnosis and discovered the water pump was faulty. They pulled the pipe and installed a new pump, tested it and verified that all components were working properly, and got us back in service the same day. These guys were very professional & proficient in their work. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need this service, and highly recommend them for anyone's needs as well. The price was on point

We had them replace the down hole water pump that had fallen down the hole and had to be "fished" out, the crew was very professional, and worked diligently to get the job done quickly. We really appreciate their quick action.

Techs Sebastian and Dustin were on time are very professional and polite. They provided me excellent customer service. Clean up was fantastic. I was impressed with their work and professionalism. Kudos to these two men.

Technician Daniel Drennan called back quickly. He made sure that the service was at least partially covered by them since they were out here 2 weeks before but without the camera they wouldn’t have been able to fix it. He spent a good 2 to 3 hours working on the problem and was able to fix it. I really appreciate the level of service Daniel and Darville provide. Might seem a bit pricy at first but it’s well worth it. Thanks Daniel!

I can’t say how grateful I am for Bosworth today. My mom is fighting cancer and has limited mobility. Her alarm system was beeping nonstop for hours and she was unable to turn it off. She no longer uses the security system business. It was just the battery dying. But for someone unable to see or stand for any duration, that’s impossible to turn off. I called this morning and spoke to Wendy. She was kind and spoke to the electrical department to see when someone would come out. Within two hours folks. The amazing technician was heading her way shortly after lunch, like they said. He took care of it and was out the door in no time. I had called the non emergency police number, friends and asked online for help. Who helped, Bosworth did and I’ll never forget it. Please say thank you to Wendy, Billing contact and Gary (I think that was his name) for everything today. We have used them for other services but this critical time just solidified me as a customer. Grateful!

Wow 1050.00 for a standard toilet. 199 at Home Depot. 299.00 at Ferguson and Morrison. Do not call these people. Inflation is high I get it. But this. Unbelievable. Called 4 other plumbers. Exact toilet 4-500 average.

several weeks ago I called Bosworth because my air conditioner was not working the tech came out fairly fast when he knocked on the door i asked him to come in and apologized for my messy house as i was sick. the tech said he would check the unit shut the door walked back to his truck and left leaving me waiting for that cool air but he left never said a word leaving me sick [stomach flu ]in a 109 degree house didn't know he had left until an hour later. Bosworth required me to pay the service fee of $195.00 for their tech to stand on my porch for 3 min . They came again about a week later i paid the $195.00 no problem but air conditioner still putting out warm air i always had nothing but good ratings for this company but won't use them again!

Carpet Tech showed up in a timely manner (and only one day after booking! They could have even come on the same day!) and did a quick, efficient job! The guys were professional, kind, and did a great job explaining the process. They even hauled off am old rug for me free of charge. I think that takes the cake for exceptional customer service! I'm planning to book them for all my future needs!

Carpet Tech cleaned our master bedroom carpet in less than one hour. It looked like new and dried in the exact amount of hours they estimated. They also picked up our 8 x 10" area rug, took it to their shop and did a thorough cleaning of it after a large dog had peed on it. They completed that cleaning is less time than originally estimated and scheduled delivery sooner than we expected. We are very satisfied customers and will use them again.

I recently had a hardwood flooring crew come out to restore my hard wood flooring. The floor looks amazing but preparation and housekeeping was completed avoided. We called to discuss our situation and my wife was transferred to the tech instead of customer service and my wife was talked to in a very rude manner the tech stated numerous times. “What do you want me to do about it” like it wasn’t his issue. I was told taping off the baseboards was ignored because I told the tech my house was under renovations.
