Southwood Water Facility - Highland Village

Totally unprofessional. Some trash flew out of a truck and chipped my windshield. I got the truck's DOT number and called. They gave me a claim number and said somebody would call within 24 hours--nobody called. I called a second time and was told somebody would call--nada. I called a third and fourth time and told the same thing--zip, zero, zilch. I feel sorry for people who work with "supervisors" who are so thoughtless and who put their front-line people in such an unenviable position.

This company services our subdivision in Josephine, TX. They are trashing our streets, literal garbage up and down our street. Trash cans are being knocked over and left in the middle of the streets. I just watched them as they tossed the trash cans down on their sides. Several people in our subdivision have called to voice their concerns and nothing is being done.

This company continues to do damage to my property. Made a plethora of complaints verbally and in writing, received a case number…..no return calls. No choice but to escalate this matter.

I requested the listing realtor of a property to contact me because I was interested in looking at a house they listed. They contacted me by text a few hours later. I texted them back and asked a couple of questions; Is there an HOA, who is the internet provider, and did they have time in the next day or two for a showing. They responded "yes I can do a showing, please call me". I was not able to call due to my cellular service being spotty and a few hours later I received another text. "The HOA dues are X, AT&T works out there but Sprint is not good, they'll find out about others. Please call me." I responded exactly - "The HOA kills it, we won't move to another HOA neighborhood. Thank you anyways!" Well, thankfully Mischa Brown is happy to text me back this message (obviously not intended for me) - "My customer asked if it had a HOA & I replied yes, told him how much in Hidden Lakes & just annual & he said he and his wife will never move to an HOA neighborhood again! He's probably a jerk. So, I won't be showing him Hidden Lakes, nor do I care to show him anything else." Just in case anyone wonders, I would not recommend Mischa Brown to any clients either. Obviously anyone who doesn't want to live in an HOA is a jerk and should be treated as such.

After simply calling this company to request a price quote on backflow testing for my filtration system at my home, they quoted $155 which just happens to be the highest price I have been quoted (everyone else quoted $100 including the city fee). I simply mentioned this to the girl on the phone to which she replied “you get what you pay for” and hung up on me! Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

February 2021 - Texas Deep Freeze I actually ended up contacting Classic Restoration Pros on my own because I was on all of the lists my insurance company recommended and still had no response after 7 days of having a flooded home. Thank goodness Casey answered the phone. He assured me that they could come out and deal with my catastrophe. Casey even gave me enough time to contact my insurance company in order to verify coverage using Classic. Darren, Casey and Garrett made this horrible experience bearable.
