In late May of 2024, a major hailstorm occurred in my area, and I found the need to have a qualified roofer who could walk with the insurance adjuster to assure I had an advocate on my side in dealing with my insurance provider. Jason showed up and walked the property with the adjuster to assure all items which were damaged during the hailstorm were addressed. Once the claim was approved, Jason and his team went to work to replace my roof. Stronghold's installers were highly professional and where able to install a new roof on a 2,500 square foot house in less than a couple of days. Jason kept us informed through the entire process and handled all of the filing requests with my insurance provider.

Wish I could give more stars! Our family is in town and of course everything seems to need fixing (at the same time...of course)...Welcome to Texas fam.....where dry rotting is as routine as gasoline! Anywho....the pump was cycling a lil too often(I could only guess) and with zero knowledge of what to do, I called this conpany! The convenience of the sticker on the tank was greatly appreciated and "well" thought out. He talked me through the troubleshooting and even checked back to see if the issue was resolved! For no charge! Please allow Sweetwater Well Service the chance to earn that honest living and you won't find yourself disappointed. 'Good ol Boy' recognition....

Donnie provided a quick and reliable repair when we needed it the most, at a very reasonable price. He also went out of his way to educate me on the filter and pressure dynamics of our well system so I can prevent the issue from happening again. Overall 10/10 service!

We had to replace old galvanized water pipes and the job was extensive. Luckily, we had Big Iron and their team during our reconstruction. They were a pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable. They were able to guide us through the entire process and come up with solutions to issues along the way. Our project manager Jose was always on top of things. Luis was also very involved, helpful, and communicative. So happy with our final results and definitely recommend for any size project!

We found Big Iron Construction following a recommendation after burst pipe and flooding which caused extensive damage to our master, powder room and connecting walls. Jose Flores and his team have been superb! Jose is really good at knowing what design style we wanted and managed to find materials that matched. They are all hard working, well presented, polite and professional, respectful of our home and always leaving the house as clean and tidy as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We now have beautiful master suite, completed to a very high standard.

JR and his crew did a great job cleaning our vents and cleaning up after themselves! This is the second time we have use them. With the high humidity in Houston, you really have to get your vents cleaned regularly. It has made a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house and also really helped our allergies. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with.
