Would be nice if they would start a web site and post the times they are shutting off water for repairs/whatnot. Water is frequently shut down at various points in the month with no warning. Mid shower, mid laundry no water. This could be a few hours or the entire day. Some sort of community page to check times in the event of a water break etc...

We were lucky to have GEI Water Damage & Restoration Services of Spring restore our home after a water leak. The team arrived on time, and they did a great job! We had mould in our walls and ceiling, and they removed it all. We will definitely call them again if we ever need any other work done!

After our house flooded on Christmas we called Houston Restore Pros and they took time from their holiday to come out and assist us and walk us through the next steps. We had a little flooding inside our house back in July 2024 and when we informed our insurance company, they have suggested Houston Restore Pros as one of the cleanup company. In a matter of few hours, Joe was at the house supervising the mitigation process which they did meticulously. We were satisfied with the results that we decided to let them finish the restoration and reconstruction of the entire first floor under the able watch of Ben who was very responsive to all our questions and making sure that he corrected everything that needed to be addressed promptly. Completely changed my yard and saved me from my HOA. I was scared with how hot it was at the time when I got my pro vista st Augustine installed but it could not have gone better. We contacted Herr's Landscaping because our front yard was unimproved after completion of our new home construction.Our front yard was suffering from erosion gullys leading downhill on a sharp gradiant, soil with a high sand cotent, and was devoid of any sod or plants. Josh met with us and listened to our ideas. He literally transformed our bleak eroding front yard into a beautiful art piece using rock walls, a dry creek bed, and plants that attracted hummingbirds and bees!! He really worked with us to encorporate our ideas. Josh is extremely knowledgeable. His knowledge of plants is incredible. He is kind, caring and personable. His work ethic is so refreshing in today's world. He and his crew showed up exactly on time, worked super hard, and cleaned up everything. He and his crew treated our place with great respect and care. Josh is a fantastic landscaper. We think of him as a true artist that uses natures elements to create a beautiful canvas. We highly recommend Josh and his family business.
