These folks came out and got to work! My house is two story 34 ft tall, with a 3,000 sq ft footprint. It has a design matching well house and a 30 × 50 detached shop...same colors. I have yet to get home, and my wife says it looks outstanding!!! Happy Wife, Happy Life! Thank You Red River Soft Wash! The price too...was Outstanding!

Quick estimate and the guys came when promised! They did a fabulous job on my home. Every part of the process was spelled out in advance and they were very professional. I highly recommend Broz and Kristi to take care of your home. The copper fireplace hood on my screened porch hasn't looked this good since I bought this home. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Red River Softwash. It's an excellent powerwashing business: their customer service is excellent, they're very accessable and easy to work with. Additionally, their detailed and quality of power washing our vinal siding was awesome. Our house looks amazing.

The young man, Ethan, that showed up to spray for my hundreds of wasp that I had inside of my house took care of it beautifully. All wasps are gone no more problems. Ethan was so professional. He looked me in the eye when I asked him questions and gave me the answers that I needed. I would highly recommend Patterson Pest Patrol to anybody and everybody that has problems.

Anthony & his men are top notch. They fenced in our property & custom built an electronic gate for us. The process went smoothly and on time. We have not had one issue and definitely have no complaints about the work or his company. We will definitely use them again. If you are looking for someone honest, that will do what they say, when they say they will do it. He is your man!!! We are very thankful for the quality work he did for us.

I cannot say enough good things about RCC excavation and fabrication company. I can promise you, you won’t find anyone better than Mr Young to take as good care of you as he did me. He takes pride in his work. He came back to be sure everything was completed correctly and to my satisfaction He is very easy to talk too and went the extra mile to meet my expectations. The job was completed as expected. I would highly recommend him to anybody. His work was superb.

Robert and Rusty were very friendly and professional. They were mindful about not making messes and cleaning any that happened due to the work needing to be done. I woke up with hot water spewing outside. I'm on hospice and it was all i could do to turn it off. I had no chance of fixing it myself so I called Mr. Rooter. Al Smith. He new what being on hospice means so he came very fast. His man ( on hospice and my memories are getting shorter so I'm sorry I didn't remember his name but he was so great). He crawled right on underneath the house stayed a while and when he came out everything worked perfectly. He was the best. After it was fixed Mr Smith gave me a fair price and even worked with me on what I didn't have cash money for. Overall I was relieved he took my predicament seriously and his man did stellar work. I'm happy there are still a few wonderful people like Mr. Rooter out there. His rating is more like 10

Too expensive. Plumber got defensive when I asked if it was still $255 after they told me they couldn't fix it and he became very rude. They came and snaked it about 4 times, then said they couldn't fix it, and called the city instead, just to charge the same price as if they did fix it. Dude said "I worked a lot more than $255" after I was trying to be nice with the guy. Just a very disrespectful dude. The other guy there was nice, he was training. Never using these guys again.

I am beyond irritated as we came home and our water was shut off. I have posted a copy of our last bill in which was paid according to the amount due. We always pay our bill in a timely manner but this evening we have to be without water because of complete incompetency. As you will notice the amount due at the bottom of the bill. NO late notice, NO cut off Notice, just complete irresponsibility. And for good measure we paid the bill one day after the due date on 11/8. And now I just found that this review is not accepting the picture of my bill.

I only gave a one star because of some of the kind staff on the inside.) The lady at station 4. The lady in the drive through. I wish I had their names. Kudos for your kindness. Other wise it would be a zero stars.....There is a supervisor inside that is very arrogant and her disposition is absolutely horrible..She talks down and at people. ( Desiree)That representative alone destroys the entire company. She should not hold that position. She is on some type of power trip....The job of a supervisor is to lead by example. Kindness and helping goes a long way. A supervisor in that capacity should help problem solve and not create problems in that environment...Water is a vital necessity to all homeowners..Everything should be done within limits to assist, so that customers and residents feel welcomed and not shoved away by excuses to why you can't service their needs. That job title should assist in creating revenue not just for the cities, but the utility company itself. I'm just in complete utter shock and disbelief of the character and ethics I witnessed multiple times. I pray that someone will really look at these reviews and take it seriously. The residents of the city of Texarkana deserve better than how a lot have been treated. We understand you are the only option for water. That shouldn't give certain employees the right to power trips. God sees everything. .Bless the city of Texarkana.

WORST WATER SERVICE IN THE TRI STATE!!!!! 2hr on the phone for them to hang up waited 1hr again got to first rang and then hung up again. SAYS can do things online, there website is a joke cant do anything threw there website. Why cant i cancel threw the website its 2024 you wouldn't have the horrible reviews if you guys just updated to the present day.
