Great customer service today. Called office with questions regarding new water line installation on our street. Left voicemail and received return call within 30 min from Karen. She then transferred me to the manager who answered all my questions.

This company is the worst. If you are a water company that will work for your customer base, please take over! We have has water out 4 times in 1 week and they have no way to contact them after hours. The phone just hangs up. I wish I had a choice.

Never had much of a problem with billing, but I tend to keep a credit balance. 2 things though, it would be nice to be able to access and review my account to see how much water is being used and when. And it would be nice if they had some system to let you know what areas are affected by an outage/maintenance and an approximate time for repairs to complete. Currently experiencing an outage on a Sunday and the operator for closed hours has no information.

Nick and team were fantastic. Nick is very responsive on messages and texts and was great to work with. He came out within a couple days of contacting him to work up a quote. We had him do a new wood flooring and redo the whole kitchen for us. The work happened very fast and was top notch. I could not be happier. Will definitely have him back for all kinds of projects. I had a few pipes bust in the garage during the freeze- water damage and drywall damage. I talked to a few contractors and decided to go with Elements Construction, and I’m very happy I did! Nick was always available to respond to my calls and emails anytime I needed him. His team worked quickly and efficiently to get my garage back to the way it was prior to the loss and honestly now it looks even better than it did before! Highly recommend going with Elements

Our chimney gave out after hurricane Harvey, messed up part of the roof as well. Nick was extremely responsive, professional, courteous, as were his guys. They did great work - would highly recommend and will definitely be using again

Red Alert!! Please don't buy a home in here. The P.O.A. dues are now 200$ or more, the M.U.D. taxes are outrageous. The M.U.D. service is sorriest Ever! Water bill is around 200$. If it comes a freeze, your water is turned off for days. Leaving you with no toilet flushing, no showers,no dishwahing and no clothes washing. Think twice before buying in here. Do your research, plz

This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I have purchased 4 homes and this was by far the most stressful to the point I filed a complaint with the Real Estate board. While they sided with Theresa proceed with caution. She, in my opinion, very unprofessional. I had covid and she told everyone. She contacted not only my roofer but also the house leveling company saying the buyer's agent had contacted them. Both companies told me that she in fact had contacted them. I also found out that she contacted a person that had a lean on my property that I had no idea about, even after I told her not too. Her response was, "I'm doing my job". She also originally posted my house and land next door that I told her I wanted separately. I'm just glad to put Westwood Shores RE in my rearview mirror and glad I have no more dealings with Theresa!

Even in the “dog room,” The grout, tile & baseboards looked incredible afterwards. -Everywhere they cleaned, The surfaces almost looked like they had a new coat of paint on them. They did such a thorough job! Not only did they make this house look brand new with shiny surfaces, every single person who works at Crosshair Cleaning was nice, kind, and helpful.
