Great people to deal with. First visit was to troubleshoot and diagnose my well issue. Ended up needing a new pump. The second visit to replace my pump was scheduled within 24 hours and the crew had all repairs complete before they left. I would highly recommend this outfit!

When I first contacted this company I felt I would be taken well care of. Being a contractor myself for over 42 years I know how important doing a good job is. Even more so I know how important your customer is and their satisfaction. As you can see in the two pictures enclosed they did not even put everything back. On the right side where the wires are all exposed and the side of the box is open they didn't even put the conduit elbow back to protect the wires and the box for moisture. The other elbow in the second picture is laying on the ground not two feet from the tank. In addition the tank that was replaced was not plumb. When I spoke to Ken Starr and told him of the shoddy work he immediately got defensive and came up with every excuse in the world. When I sent him this picture he told me that the reason they didn't put the other elbow on was that it was better for the well and that was common practice. Then he began to tell me over and over that they didn't charge me that much in the first place. My response was if it was $100 for a bad job how much was it for a good job. He assured me they would be out to fix it and make it right. That's been a couple of weeks now and nobody has called or come out. When I mentioned this in the local cafe where everybody goes for breakfast and lunch no one I spoke with had anything good to say about the company. A couple in the cafe overheard my conversation and got up and came over to my table to tell me their story which was much worse than mine. The bottom line is buyer beware because these people just don't care. The only reason I gave them one star was because it wouldn't allow me to give them -0- STARS.

I Highly recommend M & M. I was promptly met by Will to give me a quote. My 200 ft well was promptly drilled, on time, everything works perfectly. Great people to work with.

Clean, reasonably priced, friendly, good variety. Decent meat dept. Produce looked fresh. The checkout late is a little weird but I'm sure you could get used to it. The parking lot is horrendous! It's very confusing... There is a marked entrance and a marked exit, but they're backwards from the flow of traffic coming from town. If there were anything I would seriously complain about, it would be to parking lot.

Girl working deli around 2:45-3:00 on Tuesday was extremely rude and needs to learn how to respond and talk to customers.

Wish I could give more stars! Our family is in town and of course everything seems to need fixing (at the same time...of course)...Welcome to Texas fam.....where dry rotting is as routine as gasoline! Anywho....the pump was cycling a lil too often(I could only guess) and with zero knowledge of what to do, I called this conpany! The convenience of the sticker on the tank was greatly appreciated and "well" thought out. He talked me through the troubleshooting and even checked back to see if the issue was resolved! For no charge! Please allow Sweetwater Well Service the chance to earn that honest living and you won't find yourself disappointed. 'Good ol Boy' recognition....

Donnie provided a quick and reliable repair when we needed it the most, at a very reasonable price. He also went out of his way to educate me on the filter and pressure dynamics of our well system so I can prevent the issue from happening again. Overall 10/10 service!

Donnie is very responsive and service calls usually scheduled the next day. Has been very patient with me being a new well user. Would recommend him and his staff to family and friends.

We are new to the town of Snook and went lookin for a cold beer....found so much more! We love Jody (bartender) so much. She was so kind and welcoming as soon as we walked in. I already consider myself a regular!! 10/10 will recommend to anyone in the area who is lookin for a cold beer and friendly conversation. I love this little bar! The people are so friendly and the service is top notch. I love how it's a quiet place tucked away far from the big city. This is the kind and of place where they remember your name and what you drink. I always have a good time!

This Department is the Worst I have Ever had to deal with. I had to change my credit card for personal reasons. Water has not been paid for 5 months. They say they have sent notices but guess what, I open All my mail and have Not ever seen a notice. Now our water is turned off with a $500 bill. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Not an email, a text, Nothing. Auto pay cannot be trusted. Does anyone care in that office..No
