Kieran and his team were great! They worked with me from the initial conceptualization through tweaking the final project. I love my fountain!! Kieran is working with me on other landscape projects, and I'm very pleased. Highly recommend him!

We replaced a section of our lawn with a granite pad and sidewalk for our above-ground pool. It looks great! Kieran was flexible, easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend! Affordable, too!

We've been working with Kieran from LTWF for quite a while now, after he left Hill Country Water Gardens to strike out on his own. Kieran is extremely conscientious and wants to do high quality work. He has very practical knowledge of what works well. The changes that he made to our pond have made it into a low-maintenance, high quality part of our landscaping. I have recommended Kieran to others in my neighborhood and they have all been happy with the services that he provides!

We recently provided services for Waypoint Restoration in June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to follow up on payment, we have yet to be paid. Communication from the company has been minimal, and promises of payment have not been fulfilled. We urge others to exercise caution when working with Waypoint Restoration.

What a relief to have Waypoint when the freeze this winter gave us a terrible water leak. The water damage spanned three rooms including walls and floors. Bringing everything to begin mitigating the damage on the day we reached out, we knew we were in good hands. The Waypoint team became a welcomed visitor to monitor moisture levels and coordinate all the pieces for reconstruction. Adding a level of complexity is that we work from home. The crew always let us know their expected arrival making the project flow with minimal disruption. Friendly and professional. Our home is truly better than before the incident!

I didn’t know where to even begin when my water heater flooded my upstairs living area while I was out of town. Waypoint was on site within 30min of my call and restored the entire area in 5 day without any issues. 100% recommend Waypoint.

Pretty alright paint work. The insurance claim was approved and multiple obvious dents and scratches were missed. The work took a long time to complete and I gave leniency because the glass work isn't in house. Still 3 weeks. It's not because of quality. If you can spot imperfections this isn't the place for you.

Paceline did an excellent job repairing my truck in the time they promised. Beth was extremely helpful in dealing with insurance issues and Jeff was great about keeping me informed of the status of the repairs. They are a very professional team.

They do excellent work in a reasonable amount of time. They are a bit pricey compared to other body shops nearby. (After multiple repairs, I needed to edit this to 5 stars because they not only do great work, but they also know you don't want to be in there getting your car fixed so they make it as painless as possible.)

I had a little trouble getting them on the phone, they must have been busy. However the work got done fast, the guys were professional and nice. Very reasonable price compared to the other guys I had been using.

I had extended freeze pipes coming from my well that had to be rerouted and reglued. Excellent service , the usual 100dollar service fee. I am so grateful.

What exactly are we paying for? Water too chlorinated to use or no water at all? We haven't been able to drink it forever, now no bathing?

They have a monopoly on the electricity for anyone who lives in town and management isn’t helpful they charge whatever they want and you pay or else you get no electricity and there is nothing you can do about it no where to go. I called thinking we had a power outage only to find out they shut me off with no warning management claimed they had put notification on the door, also claimed they do it as a courtesy and we should still pay attention to our due dates. I understand paying attention to the due date sure, but claiming they put the door notices as a “courtesy” and then forcing me to pay a door notice fee is ridiculous. If it’s going to cost me money keep your courtesy it is a service I never asked for and in this instance there’s no proof it was even performed. It is very upsetting that I have to pay for this service I didn’t ask for and there is nothing I can do about it. Would LOVE for there to be another energy provider in town even if they charged more as long as there management was more flexible or made sense.

I was told exactly this, when ur door gets tagged it's $20, so ur paying $20 for that red paper that gets put on ur door , plus the kate fees, where is the justice? How can that even be fair? We pay $20 for a 1¢ piece of paper. Ridiculous. $20 is a lot for some people I don't understand this.
