Gary Rainwater is an honest man with integrity. I thought the bill quote was $100 more, but thankfully, he corrected me. Every time I call, he answers right away and delivers what I needed within 24 hours, and within the 30-minute time frame he gave. We couldn't be more pleased with his help & service. We highly recommend him.

After Pentair took over Pelican, it has been too complicated to purchase / replace medias for my Pelican Water Filter System. Throughout researches, I found Justin and he just completed replacing our medias. He gave me a reasonable estimate and he did very good job. I am willing to refer him to my friends who have Pelican Water Systems.

I have paid my water bill on time every month. I have done my on line banking and up until now besides it being posted later than when they received it, it was always on time without penalties. NOT this month. According to Mary, the check just happened to have been received 1 day late, even though the check should have been there on the 8th. Instead of admitting that something else could have taken place, the blame is on the bank. I feel sorry for Mary because she has such a hard job penalizing people for an error that could have been their fault. Who knows when they received it. Only Mary. And she is not willing to listen or budge, and saying that since this is my first time of receiving the payment late(by one day) that we won't charge you late fees this time. NO, I need to be punished. And when I asked to speak to someone higher up in the office, I was told she was it! I have never had someone be as beligerent about a bill as she was. For such a small company they could get better customer service with better people skills

Moved from bkfd ca to ariz to here, water bill is triple from California's, doesn't make sense!!way too high!!you can t afford the smallest of lawns!!
