Larry Logan of HQ Plumbing is absolutely the most professional and knowledgeable plumber I have ever used. He put us at ease with everything in writing and explained the entire project from beginning to end. His pricing was very competitive and we have had no issues with anything in our new costuction home in Safari Waters Ranch. He also went above and beyond as he set all of our kitchen appliances and cleaned up after every job. He has also followed up with us to make sure everything is working properly. My wife and I would give him "10" stars. HQ Plumbing is the only call you need to make for all your projects.

I called Josh and he had someone here an hour after I called fixing a pipe I broke trying to replace my outdoor spigot. I twisted the copper pipe off into my brick. They were able to get the pipe fixed and replaced 2 of the spigots outside. I'm glad they came so quickly so my family wasn't without water! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

Beware!!!! $150 Charges by the hour to include drive time from undisclosed location to your location!!!! Contacted Josh who appeared to be a pretty good guy in a conversation. Ask about installing in new construction two tubs and one shower base. Just sitting p-traps and three items in place. Said they charge $150 an hour for their work, do not bid job. Agreed and scheduled a time. Had to reschedule one time. Then two young men showed up. 360 security service cameras shows young men very inexperienced. Lots of rework during install. 5 hours of work first day on site for two p-traps and to set one tub. Second date Josh and one of the young men returned and finish setting second tub and shower base. Filled in concrete holds dug. Bill was for 10 hours which included drive time to location. This was not explained to me that they would be paid for driving time to the location. Never heard of that and first time not giving a bid. Over $1,700 of work for what my camera captured as 7 hours of slow work! Appears to be a good guy, and I told him that was too high of a price for that small job. Was kind enough to drop the price,but I would not use this company ever again! Just Beware of charges by the hour!!!!

Hays Waste Removal is a great locally owned trash service company. They have on time service and pick up. They are prompt to answer the phone if you have any questions or concerns and are always friendly. They offer genuine service. We are very satisfied with HW Removal!

Amazing customer service! We needed a trash service ASAP, Cameron responded right away and got us set up with a can in our yard the very next day. We even ordered a second can last night and it is being dropped off this morning. Love supporting small businesses. If you’re in need of a trash service I highly recommend giving him a call!

Tap water from my house from Lake Fork special utility district off FM 515 THIS IS MY DRINKING WATER. This is not the first time my water looked like this the setamut in the bottom is also in my hot water heater, ice box filter ect. Throw out the house. There reason for this is they are required to flush the lines ever month without informing anyone. this is what it looks like washing clothes, taking a bath or shower, washing dishes, brushing your teeth. But yet you are required to paying the bill. Is this legal if not who can help me ?
