Called and spoke to person about getting a quote on work at our home. Was told they would call back after 1:00. Called again at 4:30 and left message. Next day still nothing. If you don't want the job, just say so but don't waste our time and have us waiting around for nothing.

Left multiple messages and no calls were returned. I needed only a Residential Tie-in to the city sewer main..And we had all the work done..Only needed 30 minutes of their time and would have paid Handsomely...And this was an emergency.. figured out something on my own.. Four disabled people in the house and NO SEWER working.. Won't call them for plumbing the New House OR recommend them to ANYONE

Ballew Plumbing did a re-pipe on entire home and installed new drains for tub and shower, complete plumbing re-do. Very impressed with quality and efficiency of their work. Will definitely use again.

This is my hometown. I hate this disgusting hamlet. I finally left in 2018. Every time I have returned to visit, I see the poverty expanding. Meth is easier to obtain than weed. Certain people on that certain side of the tracks (where the roads are still dirt) stealing nonstop. Crooked cops. Hummel was a crooked cop. I wish this dirty, disgusting town would just burn down. Again. It's slowly dying anyway. Good.

The lady that takes the money for the water bill took it apond herself to charge me for a bill that wasnt even due when I called to pay my past due amount .If your going to do me any favors next time pay the bill yourself that was very unprofessional, you tell the custmer how much their past due amount and late fees, then you tell them when their next bill is do send her back to class cause clearly she failed the whole assignment...

They need to step up on the city streets. You can almost lose a car in a pit hole on 148 post street.. just sad.

Very reasonable on price. On time and did a very neat job installing the aerobic system. Will be using them again.

So grateful for this company. They came out asap and took care of the issue my folks were having and worked extremely hard to make sure they weren’t without their facilities over the weekend. My dad is a hard man to impress but he called to tell me that Zack worked very hard in the pouring rain and mud to fix their pump when other companies could have just told them they had to buy a new one. He was blown away by how affordable it was. Thank you very much. You just got a whole family of future customers.

Shawn came out to check on water leak at my house. It is on our side not city side. He was very professional and explained everything to me and shut off my water. Very good customer service.

I was nervous after reading the reviews, as I’m new to the city. I had an overdue bill and my water was shut off (my fault). They walked me through how to pay it online and get it turned back on, then after sent someone out fairly quickly!

I am very concerned that our water and waste needs are handled by this agency. Their online payment service does not work. When you call in the representative works very hard to get your credit card number which is why I pay online because I don't want my personal and credit card information stolen. They do not mail out monthly bills so you never know when your bill is due so you call in. Beware.

My husband and I bought property out in East Texas with a house away on it. We were originally going to try to restore the old house but found out it would be the same amount for a brand new build. We are so glad we went with Basham. The company made the process very easy, from beginning to end. They are an honest company with some great employees that assisted us immediately with any questions or concerns we may have had. We were given an updated report of pictures and what was being done. We absolutely love the home they built for us. They listened to what we wanted and made sure everything we asked for was done. We cannot say enough about Basham Construction! Basham construction was very professional and assisted in all our needs. We had multiple jobs we had done to the house, changes in plans and also some unforeseen work that occurred. They were very accommodating and willing to adjust on the fly. All crew members were very professional and knowledgeable while on the job. Chad Walker, the project manager, was as great to work with. Was always in contact with us and did what needed to be done to satisfy us and complete the job. He showed up daily to check on progress and see if we had any needs or concerns. Overall a great experience and we will be using them again in the future. Thank you Basham for the work on our house. Would definitely recommend for others.
