We have loved working with bayside on a kitchen remodel project. Even with several construction hiccups along the way, bayside was great at scheduling and rescheduling as needed when there were delays. The plumbers show up promptly, are trustworthy, and do quality work. Everything is to spec. We have felt completely at ease having them in our home both with and without us present. The office team is wonderful and offers efficient and informative communication thru phone call and email. Thanks for helping us built our dream kitchen!!

I can’t thank Bayside Plumbing enough. They got our gas line permitted and tested for the city inspector that another plumber failed to do correctly. They replaced our hot water heater, fixed our non working master bath shower, and replumbed our laundry room. My wife is so happy that we can now move into our forever home. A personal thank you to Michael, Juan, Erick, David, and Daniel for all your hard work! We will definitely use you in the future for any plumbing needs we may have.

The reception hall was beautiful and perfect for our event. They provided the tables, linens, place settings, food, drinks, alcohol and had a wedding coordinator in their venue costs which was an amazing value. I choose my own flowers, cake, and DJ services, however they did provide references. Once those were established, they worked with the coordinator to set everything up so I didn't need to. I worked with Katelyn who was extremely professional, yet personable and was always available by email as we prepared for the event. She met with us several times to plan the timeline, room set up, seating arrangements, menu options, coordinated tastings, and a final review. She also met with us the afternoon before the reception to preview the decorations, and helped us set up our final details. The event went smoothly, without a single hitch and I couldn't have done it without Katelyn. I have had many compliments from guests about the amazing food and how well the night flowed. It was not rushed, yet it didn't drag on either. Just perfect! Thank you Weston Lakes Country Club and thank you Katelyn!

Thank you to Hector, Danny, and T. (Mitigation Team) for cleaning up the water damage, drying our laundry room and kitchen, and professionally removing the lower cabinets without having to replace the granite countertops (Never seen that before). There was great communication by Hector and Danny throughout the process. Every person that came out for restoration and repair were extremely courteous and professional. I also want to thank Danny for getting Eric out to repair a small crack in the granite. We cannot tell there was even a crack. I would highly recommend Roadrunner for their restoration services. Great business. Cannot thank you all enough.

I would not recommend! This company did my mitigation work a month ago. The team that did the actual mitigation work was very prompt and professional, and I anticipated a great experience. However, things quickly turned sour once the mitigation was completed, as my project manager (Thomas Nichols) has caused this experience to be an absolute NIGHTMARE. For several weeks, I have called and communicated to him that my insurance company needs the report from their work so that I can proceed with the rebuilding process, and Thomas has failed to produce said report. Instead, he has lied about being in meetings, lied about calling me back, lied about submitting it (to me), lied to my insurance adjuster, made a plethora of empty promises(it will be submitted by___”, “I will call back after this meeting”, “I’m working on something for my boss”,etc). He never follows through with these communications. I’ve had to reach out to him by phone and text MULTIPLE TIMES during the past three weeks and my insurance adjuster has also. (And he also misled him). Look at the photos. Our home has been left undone for THREE WEEKS because we are waiting for Thomas to do his job, but what is most disappointing is his dishonesty. If he would just be honest, I could proceed accordingly. I am extremely disappointed. This has caused serious disruption to our home. Dealing with this has been emotionally draining.

I needed a plot of land leveled and graded. The team came out and gave me an explanation of the work that needed to be done, a time frame that they stuck to, and an explanation and breakdown of pricing. They not only did the job on time and on budget but kept me updated all through the process. They earned the 5 stars and I highly recommend!

Utilized them to remove existing culvert and properly reset according to txdot. Followed by drive way install leading up to my shop. Seamless and easy working with Caney Creek Land Services. Will be fixing pond in near future to bring up to code, will be using them again.

They explained their scope of work, showed up as scheduled with working equipment and started promptly. They did a great job.
