After simply calling this company to request a price quote on backflow testing for my filtration system at my home, they quoted $155 which just happens to be the highest price I have been quoted (everyone else quoted $100 including the city fee). I simply mentioned this to the girl on the phone to which she replied “you get what you pay for” and hung up on me! Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

February 2021 - Texas Deep Freeze I actually ended up contacting Classic Restoration Pros on my own because I was on all of the lists my insurance company recommended and still had no response after 7 days of having a flooded home. Thank goodness Casey answered the phone. He assured me that they could come out and deal with my catastrophe. Casey even gave me enough time to contact my insurance company in order to verify coverage using Classic. Darren, Casey and Garrett made this horrible experience bearable. The entire Classic team was professional, empathetic, helpful, responsible and overall caring. I highly recommend using Classic Restoration Pros!

What an incredible team of people to work with at CMR. From our first meeting with Chris to having the keys turned over, the project really couldn't have gone any smoother. Our project was basically a complete renovation/rebuild that included all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, windows, siding, flooring, lighting, paint, roofing etc. From the new house plans to material selection, CMR was there to help guide us and let us know the pros and cons of our ideas. Working with Daryl was a pleasure and he was extremely patient and professional on what appeared to be a very challenging project. Allie had wonderful suggestions on the design elements/colors/finishes for the house and got to know us and help guide us thru the process. She also had great input on our selections, what would and wouldn't work well together and how to tie it all together. Her ideas and feedback were invaluable to us. The team of subcontractors the CMR uses are also great. The quality of construction and finishes are first class. CMR also wont nickel and dime you and stays within budget. The only change orders we had were related to upgrades we requested. The project would have been easier had we just torn the house down and started over but CMR and the design team did fantastic. CMR communicated well with us, showed up as scheduled and did whatever was needed. We really can not say enough good things about Chris, Daryl, Allie and the entire CMR Home Solutions team and will 100% use them again if we the opportunity!

From beginning to end, CMR executed our dreams seamlessly! Chris with his attention to our needs and wants, Eric for delivering on every promise and design and all of their subs making sure we were completely satisfied! Truly a great experience and would always recommend CMR to anyone!

We reached out to CMR due to a suggestion from friends. We loved our home but wanted more room and felt maybe we could incorporate our large open attic into more space. CMR did not hesitate making very good suggestions including adding on a rear balcony. They designed the space, created a stairway that looks natural to the house and exceeded our expectations. Their whole team was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely use them in the future!

My 81 year old mother was in need of foundation repairs on her home. Due to the extreme weather over the past couple of years, some significant movement resulted. My mom’s bedroom suffered the most damage having sunk six inches. This resulted in six copper lines becoming crimped or broken underneath the foundation. The initial plumbing company gave us two five figure bids to do the plumbing repairs. This basically doubled the foundation repair total cost. I called Brandon, the CEO of Urgent Foundation Repair, asking for any assistance as my mother was beside herself with grief. (See my review of Urgent Foundation Repair if you need this service). Brandon found us another plumbing company that was willing to work with Brandon’s crew to dig a tunnel and make the repairs significantly less expensive than the previous bid. ProCo Plumbing and their crew were fantastic. These guys exceeded every expectation. The particulars of my mom’s plumbing issues were pretty complicated. Most of these lines required the demo of grade beams to be able to cut kinks out of lines and replace those sections of pipe. In the end, my mom had everything repaired including the plumbing repairs for just slightly more than the bid for concrete piers. This included their crew staying late into the evening and even coming out on a Saturday night to work with the foundation crew on making the repairs. My mother is a big believer in the power of prayer. She prayed a lot over the last few weeks that this would all work out. ProCo Plumbing and their crew couldn’t have taken better care of my mom had they been her own sons. I’m just a little fish in a big pond but I currently have over 1.2 million views on my Google account. I believe these reviews help folks like myself in search of people providing quality products and services. They’re too many predators out there, especially those who target us senior citizens. If you’re unfortunate enough to need plumbing repairs along with foundation repairs, do yourself a huge favor, and contact ProCo Plumbing.

5 stars isn't enough for these guys. They have gotten me out of a jam twice now since moving into our house. They are very knowledgeable and give you options that best suit your needs in any situation. They walk you through the process every step of the way and they are very reasonably priced. You get customer service you wouldn't get with a big chain company. I would recommend these guys 1000 times over.

After experiencing the devastating loss of our home and all of its contents to a lightening strike we met with Scott McClellen based on a word of mouth recommendation. From day one Scott was very professional, informative about the process and confident that he could give us back our home in the same or better condition than it was pre-fire. Through out the process McClellen construction was excellent with communication, very responsive, organized and consistently delivered on quality. I would never wish this process on anyone but if you have to go through it McClellen Construction made the process as easy as possible and we are absolutely in love with our “new” home! I had a rather unusual job, fire walls in attic of townhome fell down, tough to get to repair in my hot attic. This company does business as true professionals. The process was quick, their response time was terrific and each employee I dealt with was polite, kind and professional. I would recommend to everyone and use again if ever in need.

The work began when McClellen sent a team to board up the exterior house damage THE DAY of the accident. Every person, from the estimator to the finishing workers was pleasant and professional. All work was completed according to our requests and within the insurance and personal budget. Highly recommend.
