Helped us out after the TexasBlizzard of 2021 aka Snovid. The two guys that came out were very nice and they had my well going in a couple of hours.

Troy took my call after hours was able to get to me the next day. Not only did he fix my busted well head he also fixed 4 additional busted pipes and did NOT charge me an arm and & leg. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with his work ethic, honesty, and dependability. Therefore, I highly recommend! #wehavewater

Mr St John came out on a Saturday when our water had gone done. He came out and said it was the controller box then replaced it. After taking a check for the amount of $350 he promptly left without verifying anything was functioning appropriately. We began to run the water and had the same problem. Since his work did not resolve the issue we opted not to contact him again. Today Bisidis got back with us and came out to fix it. Bisidis found the real problem. There was a clog in the newly placed filter post tank. They replaced that, cut out the pretank filter we had in place and replaced the points which were about to go all in about an hour. They then charged us $197. I’m not saying he did unneeded work, but he was not thorough nor professional given that he did not make sure his fix resolved the problem. For $350 I expect you to be sure the problem is fixed before you leave. Update—While I appreciate his input now listed below, it should not matter how the problem came into existence “self inflicted” the fact that he seems to be trying blame us for the fact that it was not working when he left is laughable at best. Thank you for providing proof of what I am saying. A true professional would not pass the blame on to the customer by saying the problem was “self inflicted” nor would he further pass the blame by saying that it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the water is functional before you leave. Also we did not say the pump was not working my exact words were that we had not water and we did not know what the cause was. Obviously if it was not working within five minutes of you leaving Mr St John then you did not “fix the problem” thank you for time and effort, but in future we will not be calling you. Nor would we recommend his services to anyone who asks. Also to be clear our issue with this company was not the cost, nor the work itself. It was the failure to confirm functionality had been restored. The tank had pressure when he arrived, so confirming the tank had pressured back up is not going to be an effective measure to detect if your fix worked. Bisidis asked us to go run all the faucets and water in the house and out to confirm everything was functioning. We understood it would be more expensive as it was a Saturday when he came out. Hence why I made it clear he came out on a Saturday in my review.

Great folks Helped get my van back on road by supply of battery. The windmill guy was very helpfull. Patrolman also stayed to we left. Always we are gratefull. Jim and Dean

Very friendly and helpful. For those of you new to town, this is where you get electricity, water, and trash service. Very cool historic old building!
