Worst most unprofessional police department , chief and officers. The lady that answers the phone is very rude and interrupts you when you call, then talks back and gets more rude when you call her out. Two of the officers pick sides and are not impartial, have attitudes, don’t get real proof and believe hearsay. The chief won’t hear you out, discipline or properly train his staff. Forget leaving a message for an officer because you won’t get a call back.

Corrupt city, and very corrupt police department. The town hall, police department, and court is located in a rental building, not in Talty town limits. They are rude on the phone every time I have called.

The team at Nada Junk Removal were professional and timely from my first phone call. I needed the remains of a demolished out building as well as some old fencing hauled away. Don promptly came out in person to bid the job which was very fair. He was flexible with my schedule and even accommodated a last minute timing change for me. The guys were respectful and easy to deal with. They were careful not to damage my property as some of the items were heavy/bulky. It took multiple trailer loads, but they worked quickly and got my yard cleaned up nicely. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any junk removal needs and I highly recommend them!

I researched several junk removal services in the area, including larger companies, and Nada had the lowest price and best service by far. Other junk hauling services I looked into wanted to come the day of service and give me a price quote onsite. I texted Nada a picture and video and was given a quote immediately. They were responsive, friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Absolutely recommend for any hauling services you need!

We were referred by my in laws when they moved almost a year ago and have used their services twice already to declutter our garage. I had quotes from several other junk removal businesses and Nada’s prices and customer service were the most reasonable. I was also impressed by how quickly they could schedule me in. Overall, the experience was amazing and I have shared their info in my neighborhood.

Never had an issue. In fact, they’ve come through and helped us with a broken pipe and leak. They monitor everything digitally, so they can tell when your water started running to the second. So if you try to protest a bill, guess what, you can’t (ahem, bad reviewers), sorry! Pay your bills and your water stays on! Amazing.

If I could give a zero I would. They don’t listen to hear but to respond, won’t hear anyone out, unwilling to help fire that Yesenia girl please!

We have stopped in at the Talty Water Supply, off route 741 in Forney, many times over the last 5 months. Whenever Daisey is at the front counter , we are guaranteed wonderful service. We are new to the area and she has always been patient and informative (no matter what the question.) Once our question involved several other staff members to resolve it. Everyone was interested in our understanding, as well as providing the answer. They never rush, nor dismiss us. Thank you. May you all be blessed for your kindness.

Tim and his crew lead by Isiah from Landmark Construction recently did some repairs to my home. We are incredibly pleased with the results. From the start of the process to the finish, it went smoothly. His team was professional, attentive to detail, and kept the project on schedule and within budget. The crew was always respectful of our home and kept the work area clean throughout the repairs. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Really like the attention to detail.Quality work was done on our kitchen rebuild. Tim owner of Landmark listened to what we wanted and delivered. Isiah and Saul made great pre preparations for work performed.They covered all our electronics and furniture so there would be no damage to them.

Tim and his crew from Landmark Construction recently reconstructed my house that suffered from a water loss from a washing machine malfunction that flooded our house. Landmark quickly worked to reconstruct my home and worked with the insurance company to restore my home to better than new in a timely manner. Their billing has been awful since their buyout. They came and took my trash can then didn't return them for a week even after they realized they screwed up. Will be going with another company and don't recommend doing business with them.

Wow I thought you all were a good company. So I can't cal for my waste company to come pick up my trash? in this case cardboard boxes! I have to call the city for forney. I don't understand.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The Customer Service here is terrible, I mean trash. Spoke to Judy that claimed she was the manager. Asked for a location for the company so I could come up to speak with someone else and she refused to give it to me. Her words, I’m not giving it to you. I asked to speak to someone else, she replied no one else is here, the owner is out of town which from my understanding the owner is always out of town if they don’t pick up your trash for some odd reason. Last week it was too close to the car, they emptied one and took the other. Keep in mind our trash cans have been placed in the same location since this community has been built. This is the 1st time they’ve said this. Next week roles around I pull the trash cans away from the car into the street. The trash car are still too close to the car and they’re turned the wrong way now. Obviously, Titan needs to send out a memo stating the rules. As in the pic the trash cans are still in the same place. I don’t get it.
